Tips How to Quit Smoking

The first thing you need to do is make a list of all the reasons you want to quit smoking. Give yourself enough time to write your list. It might even take a few days for you to complete this task. Then once you have your written list put it away and then periodically take it out and read it. It will give you insight as to why you smoke especially if you read it as if you are an impartial family member or close friend.
